Think Like a PM, Design Like a Pro: The Power of Product Thinking for UX Designers

UX design is about empathy, craft, and usability—but if you stop there, you might be missing a vital piece of the puzzle: product thinking. One of the biggest leaps in my own career happened when I began thinking like a Product Manager (PM) in tandem with my design expertise.
